Absolutely, we can send you FREE samples of our air fresheners along with our full range of fragrances for you to test and check the quality of our product. Better still, if you have your design already available for print we can produce an actual product proof of your design. See question regarding cost of product proof below.

For a small outlay we can produce for you a physical product proof of your air freshener design which you can test before you place a larger order. This is a great way for you to see how your air fresheners will actually turnout rather than rely on a digital proof of your design. The charge for this service is £10 and includes printing and scenting on an existing shape in a fragrance of your choice. We will also include our full range of fragrance testers if you have not already received a sample pack.

We are the only company in the UK and possibly the world that do not have a minimum order quantity for printing custom car air fresheners. A bold statement but what that means is if you require only a single air freshener we can produce this for you. This is ideal if you want to see a prototype proof of your air freshener before you a place a larger order.

Our lead times vary and depend on how many orders we have already scheduled. Typically we can have your order ready in 5 – 7 working days. This is one of the fastest turnaround times in the UK and that’s all because we manufacture your air fresheners on site here in the UK. The last thing you would want is someone to take your order and have them produced outside of the UK resulting in longer lead times.

If you are after your own custom shape then we can do this, please note there is an initial charge to get the tooling made for the shape and for any repeat orders there is no additional charge. We are aware that there are companies who claim to offer any shape at no additional cost but they usually cover the cost of this by inflating their unit price and having a minimum order quantity.

Yes, for every 500 units you can have a different fragrance at no extra cost. For quantities less than this there is a small £10 charge for each additional fragrance change.

This will depend on external environmental factors such as temperature and humidity or if you frequently drive with your windows open. Typically our air freshener can last for up to 2 – 3 weeks and sometimes even more. The shelf life of our air fresheners is up to 2 years if stored in a cool, dark and dry place.

If you have your artwork already ready then please email it to us. We accept any vector file saved in PC format. Alternatively we can accept common files such as pdf, jpeg, tiff or bmp (at least 300 dpi resolution). If you do not have any artwork ready then we do offer a free basic design service - please email us your requirements along with any logos/artwork you may already have. There may be extra charges depending how complicated your request is.
